Electric Revolution LLC (EREV) skateboards are covered for 90 days from manufacturers defects. When a manufacturers defect occurs, the operator is not to blame. Electric Skateboard malfunctions caused by user error, reckless use, misuse, impaired use of a skateboard due to drugs and alcohol, riding with more than one person on a skateboard, riding the skateboard without being older than the age of 14, getting the skateboard wet, etc. WILL NOT be covered under our warranty. Please contact the service department if you have any questions or concerns.
Responsibility of Electric Revolution LLC:
We will keep electric skateboard parts stocked and offer these parts online or at your local dealer. The following parts will need to be replaced over time and will not be covered under the warranty unless they are proven to be defective:
• belt • tires (especially for the drive wheel) • inner tubes (offroad models) • battery • bushings
